Hi, my name is João Carlos, but everybody knows me as Johnny. I’m a Product designer.

With a multidisciplinary overview of interactive projects and management skills gained over years of experience in user interface design and animation, I worked on startups, design studios, and advertising agencies.

I've been working with newest methodologies and design workflows to reach results and answers for usability issues, mixing and matching concepts and working in Squads and Teams together with developers and PM’s as an advocate of good and simple solutions for the users of the digital products.

In recent years I improved my abilities in leadership issues helping to organize and build the design team making technical interviews for recruitment and hiring, defining process, tools, principles, values and career enhancements, improving visibility of design team within the company working with C-levels, stakeholders, product managers and, developers to show the better solutions that the design team can provide to a product and the business.

My experience allows me to manage teams and develops products since concept to the delivery for end users with superior quality.
